I’m David, an engineer working on agents, evals, LLMs, and post training.
Here’s some things I’ve been up to:
- Helping startups build effective agents and evaluation pipelines
- Doing research on low-resource language models
- Contributing to Instructor and other open-source libraries
- Writing on LLMs, evals, multimodality, etc. (see notes in the sidebar)
Past projects
- Built a vector DB on SQLite
- Developed an IPython Extension to perform ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) using natural language
- Built a coding agent CLI before it was cool, then
- followed up with vibe-gradio, a minimalistic script that allows vibe-coding HF Gradio instances
